Job description

As a Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications (with a good eyes for the UX experience). You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure that our solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility. 

The Job (yes the tasks list is detailed ! It will be fun, we promise) : 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements. 

  • Convert these requirements into detailed technical specifications including APIs, architecture diagrams, and data flow designs for development teams. 

  • Ensure alignment with user experience goals and technical feasibility. 

  • Develop detailed documentation and produce high-quality technical artifacts, including workflows, wireframes, use cases, design blueprints and process models and technical specifications. 

  • Advocate for user-centric approaches to all technical solutions to ensure intuitive and efficient interfaces. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our infrastructure and systems, including processes, microservices, databases, software, integrations, technologies and deployment pipelines. 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on project objectives. 

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with consistent information, and that every task is assigned clear ownership and a well-defined completion process. 

  • Architect scalable, modular solutions alongside development teams to ensure technical feasibility and performance optimization. 

  • Help document application functionalities, release note and version histories and provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders. 

  • Stay updated on trends and technological changes within the energy and telecom sectors and advise stakeholders on the technical implications of industry developments.

Job requirements

Job requirements 

  • Education: A Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 

  • Experience:  Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, preferably in the energy or telecommunications sector. 

  • Expertise in translating business needs into technical deliverables. 

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, APIs, data modeling, and software development methodologies. 

  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 

  • Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
