As B2B Account Manager, you will contribute to the commercial development of our B2B energy supply and telecom businesses for our customers in Belgium. Ready ? Because we are 😊
The Job :
Grow the B2B portfolio in Belgium by retaining existing clients and conducting/organizing both inbound and outbound prospecting (portfolio development).
Maintain regular visits to prospects and sales partners to generate new customers and gather market intelligence (client engagement).
Achieve individual and collective objectives related to sales volume, margins, and customer retention.
Monitor sales results and take necessary actions to meet targets, including maintaining a robust sales pipeline with leads at various negotiation stages.
Work closely with the other commercial departments and foster relationships with all internal stakeholders.
Actively contribute to risk management and secure client payments in collaboration with the Credit & Collection team.
Address and resolve any issues that arise with customers in partnership with internal departments (e.g. : Customer Care, Credit & Collection).

Job requirements
Is this job made for you ?
Education : Bachelor degree (commerce or related field).
Experience : Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a B2B Account manager, ideally in the energy sector or in a startup.
Language : Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English skills.
Strong negociation, sales and customer relationship management skills. You love selling and have excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
You are actions and results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
