The Job :
As an internal sales, take on a dual responsibility:
Drive the growth and ensure the satisfaction of our portfolio of public sector and multi-site clients by proper structuring of our offers and close end-to-end follow-up of our customers.
Be responsible for commercial process efficiency, including the implementation of tools, training of sales teams on these tools, and coordination of mass campaigns targeting our clients and prospects.
Achieve individual and collective objectives related to sales volume, delivered margins, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent relations with prospects, customers, consultants and sales partners to generate new business and gather market intelligence.
Monitor sales results and take necessary actions to meet targets, including maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Provide qualitative and structured feedback to continuously improve our solutions.
Work closely with the other commercial departments and foster relationships with all internal stakeholders to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
Actively contribute to risk management and secure client payments in collaboration with the Credit & Collection team.

Job requirements
Is this job made for you ?
Education : Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience : Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an internal sales, ideally in the energy sector.
Language : Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English skills.
Peers management: ability to effectively collaborate with, influence, and coordinate efforts among colleagues who are at the same hierarchical level within an organization.
You are actions and results-oriented.
You are rigorous, determined and well organized.
