The Job:
Develop and maintain an FP&A framework to monitor the day-to-day financial and business performance. The Financial Controller also assists the Reporting & Financial Control Manager in different ad-hoc analyses, including the rollout of B2B reporting and the identification and monitoring of financial risks.
The main tasks consist in:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) including variance analysis against budget and forecasts
Developing and maintaining a Cost & Revenue assurance framework;
Ensuring proper Revenue Recognition, controlling Gross Margin evolution & drivers;
Developing and maintaining risk monitoring reports;
Identifying key financial risks and ensuring proper tracking and mitigation actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
Leading project management activities, including coordinating cross‑department initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of analytical tools, and supporting the implementation of new financial or operational processes.
Continuously improving the Mega processes and services to the customer.

Job requirements
Is this job for you ?
You hold a Master, preferably with an economic orientation;
You have 2 to 5 years’ experience in Financial Audit / Controlling / FP&A;
You are rigorous, accurate, efficient & effective, self-educated and curious;
You are analytical, caring for the detail and you like solving complex puzzles;
You are IT literate, comfortable with big data, and Excel is your favourite toy;
You are team-player;
You are stress-resistant, able to perform within strict & tight deadlines;
You have a solid understanding of accounting (BE GAAP / IFRS) and other financial mechanisms;
You are fluent in French, have a good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus.
