Freelance Opportunity: HR Specialist

To support this transformation, we are looking for an HR Specialist. As a freelance consultant, you will be responsible for formalising, optimising, and harmonising Mega’s internal HR processes across the Netherlands.

Your missions:

• Designing and formalising HR processes for the Netherlands;

• Ensuring that all HR processes, workflows, templates, and guidelines are fully compliant with Dutch labour law and internal HR requirements;

• Standardising HR administrative flows to ensure consistency, clarity, and operational efficiency;

• Bringing an external best practice perspective, challenging assumptions and proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions;

• Supporting the HR team in the implementation and roll out of the new processes, ensuring understanding and adoption by stakeholders.

Your profile:

• In‑depth expertise in Dutch labour law, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical processes.

• Structured mindset, combined with a detail‑oriented approach.

• Excellent written communication skills, including the drafting of procedures, templates, guidelines, and end‑to‑end workflows.

• Native Dutch speaker, with a strong command of English or French.
