The Job

What You'll Do : 

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions. 

• Lead by example: mentor junior devs, review code, and drive best practices. 

• Break down complex projects into clear tasks and deliverables. 

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver impactful results. 

• Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and keep projects on track.

• Education : Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science (or related field).

• 5+ years in full-stack development (PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS). 

• Experience leading projects or teams in an agile environment. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business and tech.

• Solid background in CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.

• A proactive problem-solver who lovers turning complexity into clarity.
