Mega is a Belgian energy supplier set up in 2013 by entrepreneurs keen to offer a Belgian and cheaper alternative to the multinationals in the energy sector. Since then, Mega has experienced dazzling growth and has carved out a place for itself among the biggest players in the Belgian energy sector.
What will you be doing?
We're looking for students who are available several days a week, from Monday to Friday, to strengthen our customer service department.
Your main task will be to analyse and respond to our customers' requests by email and mainly by telephone. This includes

What are the working hours?
Working hours are flexible!
All we ask is that you are available for a minimum of 12 hours a week. We work half-days of 4 hours and 3 hours.
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm.

- You're a business or marketing student. - You're dynamic, autonomous, versatile, analytical and rigorous. - You're comfortable using IT tools. - You like being in direct contact with customers. - You like challenges. - Native / Bilingual Proficiency in French (for the Liège office) or Dutch (for the Leuven office).
